Origins of Eagle Ridge Financial Solutions ltd.
In the course of my varied careers I worked with hundreds of business owners as well as being on the Board of Directors for several companies. I constantly saw the struggle many business owners faced while trying to maintain their accounting/bookkeeping and operate their business at the same time in an efficient and profitable manner.
I experienced a similar scenario when my own company, Cambridge Renovations Ltd., grew to the point where I found myself doing accounting work at midnight, just to keep up.
I saw the need for small businesses to have, not just a bookkeeper, but also a Controller or a Chief Financial Officer on their team. Unfortuanately, many small to medium sized businesses cannot afford that on a full time basis.
Thus, Cambridge Financial Solutions Ltd. was born.
Attention to detail is how I am wired. I relish problem solving and finding solutions. I love working with people and developing a close relationship with my clients.
